You can choose to make the payment through American Express, or wire (bank) transfers. However, please note that payments made through AMEX will attract a 5 to 7% additional charge for processing the transaction.

We accept international credit cards via. secure online payment gateway: RazorPay

For making a payment through American Express, you would have to download an AMEX form. Please fill all the relevant details as required, including the AMEX card number, your address, and your signature, and email the same to us at contact@carpetsofkashmir.com so that we can forward the same to AMEX in India for authorization.

Please note the PDF file is 2 pages long. You would have to take a printout of this form and then fill it, scan it, and then email the same to us. Please note that the amounts are mentioned in Indian Rupees as per the required mandate by local authorities. The authorization usually takes 48 hours (excluding public holidays).
Alternately, you can send a wire transfer to our bank account in Mumbai, India payable in US Dollars, Euros, GBP (British Pounds), AUD (Australian Dollars), CAD (Canadian Dollars), or any other international currency.

We do not levy any additional charge for payments made through wire transfers.
