I have purchased multiple woolen and silk carpets from Mr. Sharma’s retail outlet in Mumbai and I have been very satisfied with the quality and design of the carpets. In fact, the last carpet that I purchased needed to be custom designed from scratch because of the unique size requirements.

Mr. Sharma worked diligently and patiently with me in coming up with a design for the carpet that would meet my needs. He then monitored and supervised the production of the custom carpet and provided me with regular updates. He sent me a sample of the carpet to ensure that the design was consistent with what we had discussed previously and to provide me with an opportunity to request any further changes. He then had the carpet shipped to my US address. The carpet arrived in excellent condition as it was very well packaged for air shipment.
